| LiuGong Australia attended the CivEnEx Exhibition from 22-24 March. The exhibition was very successful. The very beautiful Wests Tigers Cheer Leaders walked around telling people about LiuGong and telling people to come and watch them dance. Many people followed them which gave us excellent publicity. Many people showed interest in LiuGong because of our lower cost machines which utilize well known components. |

The following is a note from our Australian Company about the value of our relationship with the Wests Tigers.
Gentlemen I need to let you know that recently the Wests Tigers Kittens supported us at a trade show exhibition called Civinex at Eastern Creek. This exhibition is fully supported by all major players in our industry and the key attendees are local government and small contractors. We at LiuGong are an emerging brand and have to compete against the majors such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, Case, Hyundai and many other companies in this caliber. I guess it is by comparison to the Jersey Flegg team having to play against first grade at Telstra Stadium.....the chances are that you are on a hiding to nothing.
Well I can tell you that we played exceptionally well and the difference was the utilization of the LiuGong Wests Tigers loader which is all painted out in Tiger colours, the Pass the Ball contest which ensured we had a constant queue for two days of blokes who just wanted to throw three footballs through a hole in the wall but more importantly the attitude and professionalism and energy of the Wests Tigers Kittens. They really made the difference and we were the only competitor who did some different style of promotion to pull a crowd. The girls did not waste a moment and they were either doing dance routines or supporting the pass the ball activities or chatting with customers or walking around the site drawing crowds to our venue and handing out promotional leaflets.
I honestly believe we did a great job of promoting both the LiuGong brand and the Wests Tigers brand so I hope we both get more long term business out of this. The environment we created on our site was friendly and enjoyable and every single visitor to the exhibition knows about LiuGong and Wests Tigers. Please congratulate Caela, Shel, Michelle and Jenna as they are great ambassadors for the Tigers. |
